In accordance with Federal Law dated July 18, 2006 No. 109-FZ “ON MIGRATION REGISTRATION OF FOREIGN CITIZENS AND PERSONS DESTITUTE OF NATIONALITY IN RF”, foreign citizens temporarily staying in the Russian Federation shall be registered at the place of stay; foreign citizens permanently or temporarily residing in the Russian Federation shall be registered at the place of residence and shall be posted to the migration accounts at the place of stay.
