certificate of state registration of the legal entity<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; certificate on registration with the tax authority;<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; protocol (decision) on appointment of the company head;<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; articles of association of the organization;<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; articles of incorporation (if any);<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; excerpt from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (excerpt from EGRYUL).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For founders \u2013 natural persons (RF citizens):<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; passport data;<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; INN (Taxpayer\u2019s Identification Number) of the natural person (if any).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For the would-be head (and chief accountant, if any) (RF citizens):<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; passport data;<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; INN of the natural person (if any).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For the would-be head (foreign citizen):<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; copy of the passport with a translation into Russian to be attested by the notary.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For founders \u2013 legal entities (non-residents):<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; documents legalized in the RF Embassy (Consulate) and proving the legal status of the legal entity in accordance with the legislation of the country, in which the legal entity is established;<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; documents proving state registration of the legal entity;<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; constituent documents;<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; statement on the opening of the bank account;<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; document proving the election (appointment) of the person \u2013 head of the organization;<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;
